FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Q: I want to add my name to this class action lawsuit, what do I do?

A: You will just need to download the questionnaire and attorney-client employment agreement and medical releases from this website. Then fill them out as well as you can, sign them, and send them, with a copy of your VA disability rating, to: Pitts & Associates, 8866 Gulf Freeway, Suite 117, Houston, TX 77017-6528. You should get a reply within about 10 days letting know you know if you have been accepted as a client or not.

Q: If any of us (your clients) has a disability status with the VA that has changed, do you want to be informed?

A: Yes. Please send us a copy of any changes in your disability rating by the V.A., for your file. We believe that any eventual settlement grid approved by the Court will be based on a person's V.A. disability rating concerning one of the 13 areas of symptomology associated with Gulf War Illness, i.e.:

1.) Fatigue
2.) Signs or symptoms involving skin
3.) Headache
4.) Muscle pain
5.) Joint pain
6.) Neurologic signs or symptoms
7.) Neuropsychological signs or symptoms
8.) Signs or symptoms involving the respiratory system (upper or lower)
9.) Sleep disturbances
10.) Gastrointestinal signs or symptoms
11.) Cardiovascular signs or symptoms
12.) Abnormal weight loss
13.) Menstrual disorders
14.) or otherwise given a disability % under the undiagnosed illness compensation program for Gulf War veterans

Q: I was/am a client of the Lawsuit filed by Spagnoletti, filed way back in 94 or 95. What happened to it? Is this the same lawsuit and does it cover the same issues?

A: Frank Spagnoletti, Spagnoletti & Co., is working with us in regard to the litigation in Texas. It is the same lawsuit in Texas, with the same issues.
