Just want to thank Pitts & Associates and Maloney, Martin & Mitchell, LLP for hanging in there and caring enough to fight on for those of us who gave so much so unselfishly for God and country. As I struggle to type this, my joints are so swollen and I'm in constant pain. Yet the VA keep telling me my case is being worked. I retired in 1992. Imagine if we answered the call to serve as quickly as they are granting benefits for our service;

Comments:
I was working and living in Germany after retiring from the Army after 22+ years and multiple deployments. I've since relocated to the states. I like so many others am still suffering from ailments still not adjudicated by the VA as combat related. At present I'm still fighting with the help of the DAV for justice on my ratings. I would also like to know what happened to my letter notifying me of possible exposure since we were most definitely in the area on the day when every chemical alarm we had went off. Not one medical expert has explained my rashes, constant migraine headaches, vision problems and neurologicol disorders. It's time for the truth! It's time to come through with the promised care for our dedicated service.

I'm currently at 80% and just got diagnosed with sleep apnea , I have asthma, skin rashes, joint pain. I just like to say thanks for the excellent job you guys are doing. I'm also one of your clients and may I recieve updated status reports via email.
