Hi,

I need to know if I'm still in your list for the current lawsuit since I have not heard from you for several years now.

I joined your group when Pitts Law firm initiated the lawsuit sometime in the 1990s (Not sure of exact date). I was receiving your correspondence for several years. But then your office stopped sending the letter updates. I assume that it was because you initiated this web site.

- I need to know if I have to fill out your application again.

- I am currently at 80% service connected by VA. The VA gave me service connection for joints, bladder problem, asthma, vertigo (diagnosed as benign positional vertigo), and several others. However, over the years they have continued to deny my conditions as related to service in the Gulf War (Desert Shield/Desert Storm).

- My current address and numbers are as follows:

I'm miserable. Constant muscle aches, Major memory loss, chronic pancreatitis, fibromyalgia is the catch all phrase they use. Sick of taking pain pills that the VA crams down my throat but nothing else seems to work.....started taking Lyrica which of course isn't on the VA formulary so I have to pay out of pocket monthly. Tired of being told nothing is wrong with me. I spent 8 months of 2006 in a civilian hospital!!!!!!! I had 3- 8 inch in diameter cysts in my pancreas and they say nothing is wrong with me??? COME ON America!! Find your backbone and tell us what you did to us.

Hello, I was with the tank batt. assigned to the 24th I.D. We were to the north/north west proudly between the 82nd and 101st airbourn Divs. we went thru alot of the same areas of combat they did,Al Hoffuf, Dahran,An Nassarya,Hafar Al Batin,Euphrates&Tigres river valley's,Obj.Orange,Brown,X,Red ect. I was a E8 motorpool driver & tank mech. I was near the demolition of various ammo&weapons dumps area of Hafar Al Batan & Khamisiyah, that was no ordinary color smoke!! WOW !! I've been diagnosed with combat related PTSD, but ! i've yet to figure out why i'm getting all kinds of physical ailments !!! the doctors just give me pill after pill ?? but don't seem to eager to find the cause!! along with, the demo i witnessed, traveled thru the same oil smoke clouds,burning cars/flesh, I, being a tank systems mechanic, i had to replace 2 broken gun sights,that have depleted uranium in them, i wonder why i have hand rashes??? we'll, like the rest of us went thru in the north, and the whole Damn war, I could go on forever, i'm sorry if i stirred up anything to any of us brave souls,and the heroes who gave their lives. from 1 soldier to another, GOD BLESS !! i'm new to this website,so i'd love to here from any Panther brigade fellows, also the follow me brigade, i would try to respond if possible, I am saddened though to see that both of mine/ours old units have been retired, BUT the 197th/24th I.D. did make History when we were there !! Really look it up?? i'll come back and explain later !! Sincerely yours, Larry E. Sawyer, E3

Just want to thank Pitts & Associates and Maloney, Martin & Mitchell, LLP for hanging in there and caring enough to fight on for those of us who gave so much so unselfishly for God and country. As I struggle to type this, my joints are so swollen and I'm in constant pain. Yet the VA keep telling me my case is being worked. I retired in 1992. Imagine if we answered the call to serve as quickly as they are granting benefits for our service;
