Dear Gulf War Veteran Client:

Please note that the test trial in the case has been rescheduled by the Court from October to February 23, 2009. at the Angleton, Texas courthouse.

We are left with mustard gas defendants because of the limitations of the courts in the U.S. in getting personal jurisdiction over the foreign nerve gas defendants, as discussed in the previous update letters.

Thers have been over 25 formal depositions taken in the last few months of Guld War vbeterans with cancer or birth defected children. The Court has not yet stated how many of the plainiffs will be selected for the trial in February, but it is anticipated that it will be one, two or three persons.

We will update with other significant developments as they appear.
